How to Poach an Egg

I love poached eggs, and once I learned how to make them, they started showing up just about everywhere. Everyone knows Eggs Benedict, but there are a ton more recipes for poached eggs.

In this video, I show you a few of the tricks I use to get the perfect poached egg everything. I'll admit that the process takes a bit of practice to get the hang off, but you'll get it in no time.
