Day lighting in schools are a good idea. I remember way back in High School I just felt better when there was more sunshine in the class room. I felt more alert and it was more easy to pay attention to the teacher.
You also mention that you want to save tax payers money. I am telling you Rep. Holt the best way to do that is cut foreign spending. Do we really need all those troops on Korea? We don`t and you know it and I know it.
