Paul Mc Cartney owns the Song since he wrote it -he is the properietor.You do not own the song because you have had a copy of it or can download anything from the net.You do not own a Song once you have stolen it,this  is a misconception.Hence all these laws not working,and you all say praise.But Think about it:You are sitting in your room and invent something..you think"This new gadget will work",,,I can share it for free!That is OK.But for people .
