Great routine to increase mobility and range of motion. Proper range of motion and use of joints is the most effective way to minimize your risks for developing arthritis. This routine will help you feel more limber and allow you to be more active.

  • I use this routine with a lot of my pregnant moms in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters especially if they are feeling a little sluggish. Really helps get them going.
