Add a Mirror Midifier in it...You will find it in the (Object Mode/ Editing/ Modifier/ Mirror)

How did you get rid of those black lines after you smoothed it? they are complete mess to my to my models.

To get rid of the black spots select the whole mesh while in edit-mode and hit Cntrl+N to recalculate the normals. That should clear it right up : )
