So, the yellow bar below chakra is the stamina bar i was talking about in the other video. It's used to avoid attacks.
What do you think?

PS: When Kimimaro blocks the attacks of Lee, it would normally drain his stamina and not his life, because he has a sword.
When a character hasn't got a sword, or a kunai eguipped, his health drains instead of his stamina.
