how'd u manage to get the timing so good?

I animated it in sync with the music using sound rotoscoping techniques...and a good knowlege of frame rate and the song being used. The hardest thing was making the talking head lip-sync the words.

Nowadays I use VEGAS MOVIE STUDIO which is like a better, updated version of Screenblast that costs more. If you guys want more for less, try Screenblast by Sony. I got mine for under 100 bucks.
