I"ve always loved the song but hated the fact that it has always felt like it was sung generically. I appreciate that it makes sense to know a song in its most basic form but from their I'm a true believer that a performer is meant to put their own imprint on it. And a song this amazing is blessed to have the space to make it more heartfelt and realistic if a performer is allowed to dissect it in their own way... At least, thats how I do it when I sing it in my own interpretation.

well a composer has to let his own songs as free birds, for good or bad but digging a structure and details can be fine , but poetry is gone! but he is wonderful playing his part eheheheheh and  a great songs craftman
