Animal neglect can affect! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.......

(He ended up dying two weeks later the owner got sued buy the government) RIP moses...... Me and my friends found a puppy that was neglected and we wanted to show you this dog.
Here is a list of 6 year old Moses's problems.
Flea infestation
Overgrown nails that will soon curl into paws
Malnourishment(you can't see it, but you can feel his ribcage/ bones)
The environment of the beagle is like a hoard, with a bug infestation including ants, bees, beetles,etc.
We are helping this dog asap and are trying to get a hold of them (ASCPA)
Remember, if you see a dog in need, please help don't be afraid. There are animals everywhere in need!
