Chris Jenkins and his son Jeremy Jenkins walk to the beat of a different drummer and that's a good thing. They create unique, funky and fun instruments with tons of vibe and style. This Saddle Pal parlor guitar is a great example. Christina Lavin and Todd Hallawell regularly use theirs and as Todd says "it must have a supercharger in it" because they have such a surprisingly strong voice for a small guitar. This particular Saddle Pal raises the bar with it's Madagascar Rosewood and Redwood body, Maple neck and trim and incredible details including the elaborate head-plate and abalone border on the fingerboard and top. The top itself is gorgeous Redwood with a Quilted Maple shoulder where the sound ports reside, in addition there are two ports on the driver's side for a full voice to the player. The Jenkins Saddle Pal also makes a great travel guitar as it's only 38.5" in length and features an adjustable action that can be modified under tension. Never be without a great guitar again!
This is what I call a happy guitar!
