@sugmegpls then youre doing it wrong or working with too much weight. Anyone can do it right if they take the time to learn. And go slow with weight

@sugmegpls i'm no expert but maybe your lower back is too weak and legs work too hard. i've had uneven muscle growth and that was usually the case; one muscle was too strong for the compound movement so i had to work the other in isolation to catch up. Just my two cents

@nixtha don't listen to that dumbass deadlifting while using proper form is great for people with histories of lower back injuries. It strengthens the muscles in your lower back and can even make you pain free.
