I need help! I want to make maps in TF2 (I'v already made Half Life 1 mods in the past so I get the basic idea of using source SDK) but I can't select TF2 in source SDK in the drop box to begin with. I have Team Fortress 2 on steam and it works very well, but in the drop-down box when opening source sdk it doesnt say Team Fortress 2. I have no clue what to do, please help.

how do you add textures

@Blueparrot911
1) Select a block
2)Click on the "Browse" button on the left hand side (over the "Replace" button)
3)Look around for your texture
4)Double click on the picture of the texture you want
5)Click on the little icon on the left that looks like a little brick box (the one below the little box that is blue and green)

How the hell did you get a texture on your block? I can't do that, it's just wireframe.

@LunaticBunnyofEvil
1)Locate the first quadrant (the box in the upper left corner of the 4 boxes on the screen that have all the lines in them (the editor windows)
2)See the little "camera" text in the upper left corner? Click on it.
3)Find and click on "3D shaded textured polygons"
