The change from the 236 to the 382 (identified on 4 December) typically precedes an increase in volatility. This is exactly what happened with this long-winded move by the Cable, with many large retracements, that eventually did what the Absolute Fibonacci Framework said it would do. Interestingly, the character of the setup at the beginning of the move warned of the meandering path that the pair would take before it hit its target.
