  • How long will it take to see results and how many times do you need to do these exercises?

  • @JudyLa504 Hi Judy, do these everyday and i think in one month you will definitely feel and see a difference...please let me know how it goes, Kiki

  • Hey Kiki- I learned these in my teacher training and STILL begin each class with eye warm-ups, not only is it good for vision but also for bringing conscious awareness to movement of the smallest muscles and improvement of fine-motor skills...I'm surprised when other teachers do NOT include them in their warm-ups!

  • @oneirishpoet very cool! yes, i learned them early on in my yoga studies and recommend them all the time. so glad you are still watching...Kiki

  • Hi Kiki, thank you for your informative videos. I still have lingering symptoms from my bells palsy 6 yrs post- asymmetry, eye fatigue, drooping. I've been doing facial yoga to strengthen along with alleviating facial spasms. Aside from your posted videos do you have further recommendations on exercises? Great eye exercise btw! I def need it! xx

  • @viperwedgie sounds like you are on good program. i haven't done a video on it - but also puff your cheeks out and hold them and then pull them in like a fish. Also wink with alternating eyes. and be sure you keep your immune system strong through healthy foods. best, Kiki
