Black people are primarily primitive.

They are far less developed in every way. This is the same story in Jamaica, in almost every other African country, in the US... black people are primitive by nature. @makheyi what is white culture? It is illegal to murder in the USA, in Sweden and in Germany. Does this mean not to murder is a white value? NO.
