Soaptec proposes single worm and tangent twin worms refiners. They usually have single or double refining stage and occasionally three stages.
Our refiners have lenght/diameter ratio of cylinder barrels of four, and they are provided with jacket and insulation for cooling or heating. The worm profile is specially designed to improove the shear of the soap with the barrel.
The plodders can be assembled with right or left side orientation for the operator. All the parts in contact with the soap are manufactured in aisi 304 stainless steel.
All our plodders are provided with new refining foils (see the last image) to optimize the refining work at the end of the worm and to stop foreign small bodies in the soap.
