you have to have both your knees next to eaother untill the last second than hit your heel against his chest or belly, this man is swinging his leg this is less effective

In teakwando when doing this kick I was tought not to whip your head over the other shoulder as it gives away the kick and gives the opponent more time to react

@terracerocks121 muay thai is a sepreate fighting style but is catorgized into kickboxing. they use knees elbows and kicks more then punches and work knees and elbos in the plum(muay thai clinch) with two hand behind the neck

I have seen a lot of training videos, and I can easily say, that expertvillage uploads the shittiest, low level videos. The fighters usually don!t defend themselves while showing the moves, their defense is down. Seriously, you should learn it, before trying to teach it.
