Pretty simple this one, It's the way to get the cop uniform. Really, what else do you want me to say?

A - Yep.

Q - Can I do this without Xbox Live/PS3 online?
A - Nope. I'm trying to find out about the outfits you can make from the shops, but it'll be a while.

Q - What are those bandages you are wearing?
A - You can find them in branded, under the Bras section.

Q - Can you do this with the Crowd Control suit?
A - Yessir.

Q - After you save the outfit in the wardrobe and take off the badges. Will they reappear once you put on the outfit once more?
A - Yesseroonie...

Q - So basically, when you've done it, the police items will be in your wardrobe?
A - You need to save them as an outfit, and then you can equip the outfit anytime you want. If you make a variant of it, then that also needs to be saved, because the Radio Belt and Cap don't appear in your wardrobe (They dont count as proper clothes I guess).
