Have fun give it back... all droids have a camera issue, its because of the software and the auto focus (hopefully it will work with the new software coming out), and that is a you tube application which does not involve motorola, although it does involve google, I am not sure as to why you are not able to watch videos, maybe its your connection or a setting you have ....
