Thanks MarsFranke for the comment. In 2006 we stayed 17 nights at Kichwa Tembo and have been doing so every year since. Will be there again this September. I was using a Konica Minolta (4.0 megapixel with 10X zoom). Nice little camera, but they don't make them anymore. Last year I bought a Cannon SX10 (10 megapixel with 20X zoom) - Got some great shots, but haven't posted on YouTube yet. Nice video capability also. Will you be going back?

Oh lucky you chosebinne! I was there in Sept of this year and have secured our place for next year. Hope you will enjoy the camp as much as we do. The whole Staff are great. We have really made some good friends since our first visit in 2003. All the Guides are good, but we always request Shieni Ropiara - he is excellent!! Please give Shieni my regards and if you can tell Sammy Ngugi in the Dining Room that "DJ" says Jambo. Will look forward to seeing your photos when you return.
