@WoWcrazii They are both spectral, but slightly different. The epic one has a little big more armor coming off the back of the saddle and onto the tail, as well as wrist armor (bracelets), while the non-epic one only has the saddle and face armor.

Both are still spectral, and you wouldn't notice the difference without really looking. But for me, I prefer the epic one.

I believe, no, but if you get the loot code you get two of them, they look the same but one is rare and one is epic. They correspond with the two levels of riding, so the rare can be learnt with your basic 60% speed riding, and the epic can be learnt after you get the 100% speed riding. Since all mounts scale with your highest riding speed now, they're basically the same. BoE too, I think.
