The sixth (and final, I think...) video in a barely thought out & marginally executed series to show you how to build your own "rod-arm" puppet, using the Project Puppet "Glorified Sock Puppet" pattern. Here we sew on the arm & review several options you can use to individualize your puppet.

Many ideas were borrowed from others on YouTube. The 2 most notable are:

Tom (a.k.a. Stewart1973) http://www.youtube.com/user/stewart1973

James (a.k.a. kermit3001) http://www.youtube.com/user/kermit3001

  • to make the fingers more kermit-like, did you cut out some of the fabric?

  • @iBurnedaHouse No, all I did was sew a line between the fingers to give them some shape.

  • Did you enlarge the pattern?

  • @Jstudios100 Nope...the pattern's "as-is".

  • This looks familiar. vaguely familiar :P

  • @kermit3001 Almost unreal, yet... :D

Thanks for posting & thanks for your contributions to the world of puppets. Keep up the good work!
