I really don't like riding buses... They all the person's and sounds and energies are too much, but I do zone out, as I can to be tolerant.
I prefer riding with a close friend or family person as an anchor (some one to focus on) and that helps a lot, though I still zone out. The last time I was on the bus; I zoned out and didn't know I was at my stop, but my brother called me and got my attention. As I rushed to get up; I bapped a person on their head with my elbow and that was awful :o[
