You could make it in real life:
you would have to place the stickers on a tile inside a track that when slid would slide all other tiles in that direction, the track would have to be a mass of X junctions and you would have to bevel the corners but its possible.
Alternatively you could make each Sticker a small LED Cluster, That way using a simple computer you could get the rows to slide electronically, or changing color, to be more accurate.

Learn how to spell "physically" and "impossible"
And, that's not physically impossible. It would require things such as rails and other strange things, but it can be done. Sooner or later.
