The only thing that is illegal in this video is that NY cops took part in a "sting" operation that was not sanctioned by AZ in any way. The NY cops committed felonies by using what had to be fake Arizona IDs to buy guns. I find it funny that retarded liberals have no problem with the US G O *V making licensed FFL dealers sell guns to criminals and illegals for known transportation to Mexico (Operation Fast and Furious) but a legal gun purchase....WHOA. I hate to tell you this Mayor Bloomberg, but this sale was most likely not illegal. It is unlikely he has "reason to believe" the buyer is in a prohibited category since the purchaser made one off-hand comment, said probably, and the statement could easily be construed as a statement of bravado. Anyone with even some of their faculties knows that, even in the federal courts which are openly hostile to the 2nd Amendment, you are highly unlikely to get a criminal conviction.
