religion and spirituality are not exclusive. ive known Christians who are as in tune with their spiritual selves as anyone. furthermore, in terms of what spirituality or religion is healthy for any given person, you only know what is best for you. dont try to make people's spiritual decisions for them.

i used to be religious, as a child growing up and everything. close friends and relatives pretty much pushed me into it, and i bought it not knowing any better. I grew up, stopped believing in imaginary creatures and followed the path of rational thinking and logic.

as far as spiritual experiences go, for me, my most holy, sacred, and divine experiences have been on lsd dmt and mushrooms. Since the experience is all in my head, perhaps i am god, I am my own god.

good topic. but when one's religious beliefs cause harm to other people through irrational thought. If you dont try pushing your ideals on anyone, then believe whatever you want to believe. as soon as someone is murdered in the name of God, one's beliefs should be up for review.

I doubted the existence of G-D and angels/devils. I thought all the church lessons were BS. I resented it being shovels into my head. Then it happened.... 3 devils,4 Angels, and several miraculous events later. I cannot deny G-D's truth. I wish with every cell of my being I could transfer my experience's to everyone I meet. But I can't. That's the cool thing about being one of HIS children=Total freedom to believe what you want. To follow or not. Love you all! good luck on your journey's!
