Just a little tip! You do exactly the same this I do when I ride, I round my shoulders and close my chest. It gives a very defensive emotion to the horse which can make them nervous. Its a hard habit to break but once you do it'll make a world of difference in you riding. You just have to make a conscious effort to keep your shoulders back :)
