Hard to tell what actually happened because of the shaky camera and video editing.
But in response to their dialogue, realize that government spending dramatically increased during both Bush and Obama. Actually, both major parties are guilty of financing corporate welfare and endless wars.

The white guy deserved it, he was too confrontational just because a black man stood near his wife. The white guy started using physical language first and waving hands in front of the black man's face.
In that situation, I can see why the black man snapped, but I don't agree with using violence.
This video is a bit poor though, since it doesn't show clearly what the issue was, it was like a stage show, where you don't let the camera do the talking.

The black guy was in the right on that. He just pointed out a few things and they started to attack him. yelling in his face and pushing and grabbing. Funny how the camera shut off for that minute then when he took a pop at the white guy the camera mysteriously turned back on...
