91 accord, with h22a4.

h23 dizzy, converted to internal coil.
***coil was check by autozone and the readings showed it was it spec and good***

I'm reallllly stumped on this one.. my next step is probably to go to the junkyard and pick up a bunch of coils and test them out..

I tried my old pt3 which should at least get the engine to sputter n start but wont run right. still no spark.........

  • all the grounds are good. re sanded/regrounded everything. I'm gonna try to wire in an external coil and see if that fixes it.

  • you really need some better diagnostic tools, your problem is a simple repair

  • check the timing. put at TDC (top dead center) take valve cover off and see if the cam gears are at TDC or both pointing up! happened to me. looked for 6 months and then found it.

  • Distributor

  • any luck since..? im getting the exact same problem right now

  • Its your distributor not the cap the whole thing thats what gives power to the spark plugs

  • so what was the problem ?
