  • Personally I prefer the Roy Rogers. Which is basically the same but with cola instead of 7 Up. There's this one I heard of but can't find a recipe for that I assume is suppose to be green in color called a Munster. Saw it on a kid's menu from the 60s a fella that goes by the name Video Martyr posted on his blog. Oh, and Shirley was also the U.S. Ambassador to Ghana and Czechoslovakia. Not all child stars grow up to be criminals, folks!

  • @JamiJR Thanks for your comments. Good information to share.

  • @JamiJR Unfortunately, most bartenders that haven't been school trained know very few drinks. The drinks that they do know usually aren't prepared correctly and taste terrible. Mixology is an art and for one to be good at it they have to put in some extra time study.

  • @JamiJR You said it all. Amen!

  • I thought it was, grenadine, 7up, and orange juice O_o

  • @Joakimjocke11 There are several different recipes, this is one of them.

  • @jtiano Yeah, I've noticed that and if you ask me, that sucks. To be a bartender you should have to go to school just like if you're going to be a chef or even a short order cook and learn a variety of drinks. Plus how to mix virgin or water downed versions of the same for those of us who are light weights when it comes to alcohol. I wonder how much of the art has been lost because bars are willing to hire anyone who walks in off the street.

  • @jtiano If you ever find out the recipe for a Munster would you let us know? I imagine it can't be much different from a ST, likely 7 Up or some other clear soda plus some sort of green syrup. As for alcoholic ones, I'm always shocked how many bartenders do not know how to make a mint julep. Granted, they're stereotypically a Southern drink, but you'd think bartenders all over the US would know how to make one just incase.

  • @jtiano Alright

  • @sloththemighty it ?
