EH&SS sang this at New Hope Community Church in Portland, Oregon, on January 20, 2012. Quartet members are Ernie Haase (tenor), Devin McGlamery (lead), Doug Anderson (baritone), and Ian Owens (bass). This song features Wayne Haun, keyboardist and producer.

  • Beautiful song. Ian has a lower range than Tim, if you must compare them. His voice does not seem to fry out at the very low range, and Tims's did sometimes. Both are excellent, they of course have a different style. All the EHSS fans hated to see Tim go, but Ian has done a very credible job from the first day. He's beginning to find his groove with the boys, too. He's going to be fine. Naysayers should cool it a bit, let it bless you when he sings.

  • @MrsKravitz4u1 You couldn't have said it better!

  • @psalmofpraise i cryed for over a week when my real bro Tim Duncan left but i'am now getting used to my other real bass singer bro Ian Owens i have meet Scott Fowler,Gus Gaches,Scott Howard,Glenn Dustin And Young Trey Ivey.once last year did you get the brand new ernie haase and signature sound dvd where bro Doug Anderson gives a tour of the bus.

  • I have seen EHSS in concert several times and they put on a great show. Always feel blessed after I hear them sing. Feel like God is in the house!

  • @MrsKravitz4u1 I am sorry if you took what I said with any disrespect. I sure didn't mean any. But I can tell you that Ian is not lower than Tim is. You are right though in the aspect it is not a good comparison. Different style's. Ian's natural voice only takes him down to around a C2 struggles to hit a B1. Tims natural voice takes him to around an A1. I just think Tim's voice has more low timbre. Neither one of them could sing a G1 in chest voice. Respect

  • I think this is the first time I've seen Wayne sing the lead on this song. Love it!

  • I agree that he is good, but can't agree that he is a Tim. Haven't heard that one yet.

  • sing it Wayne!

  • It just seems like they lost something when Tim Duncan left. That's not to say Ian Owens isn't good, they just don't have the low end like they used to have. That being said, this was beautifully sang.
