The first video part 1 I normally do at home but part 2 really knock me off my feet!! I thought that the presentation was finished but when I saw the several alternating layers of rice and cabbage and cooking it for a few minutes more was totally new to me. I thought I knew the receipe! I guess I was wrong. Womderful indeed. My wife and daughter wants to try the complete receipe without the meat!

Half cup of dry rice per person, One med size cabbage for every 4 cups of dry rice, one and half lb, of grand beef , one can of diced tomato. good luck
