the main number on my phone is the first sim but i dnt want the main number to be the first i want it to be the second sim

i have this phone but i need some help..i have my memory card of 8gb and i have all my sounds on there..buut i want to make one sound my txt message ringtone but it doesnt seem to be able to let me...does anyone know what the heck im supposed to do to make my sounds my txt message ringtone?
