actually, it's called "Feuer frei" and it means something like "Fire at will" or "Weapons free".

Wrong. Feuer Frei means "Fire Freely" and is used in German military jargon the same way "Open fire" is used in English to mean "begin shooting"

And because you're stupid enough to get your music off of Limewire, the actual name of the song is "Freur Frei" and ironically, when translated has nothing to do with guns.
"Freur Frei" in the context of the song, means release the flames or something like that.
