I'm surprised that bike kept up with that sexy R34 GTR. Haha his "pull over" sounded just annoyed. If this was in north America it would be guns drawn and screaming "get the fuck out of the car or I will blow your fucking head off!"

The street racer's legal defense is EASY: If his driving was truly reckless, i.e an immediate risk to public safety, than the undercover should have attempted 2pull him over instead of following him waiting for things to get worse, i.e. entrapment. Also, the blue car speeds the whole way & performs 1 illegal lane change before hitting the 1st roundabout, but other than that there's really nothing else (no tailgating, near accidents, cutting people off, etc) so at best its just 2 traffic tickets.
