Seriously, you should go to the police with that. That driver deserves a warning. I've known of people in the same situation even without video evidence who have been taken seriously by the police. The driver deserves ...well..a lot more than just a warning, but good luck anyway. It was driving without due care etc.

That junction looks odd and your line looked poor. You need to make sure that over a junction like this and through a narrow section of road just after that you take a VERY strong position in your lane. Give them an inch and they will put a car through it!
Your position was no excuse for his poor driving though.

@gaz545 Appreciate the response Gaz, it is a bit of an odd junction and I wouldn't have minded if anyone overtook me whilst it was wide, I allowed it. It was as I did a life saver to check it was OK to move out further as the road narrows, I found someone coming up the outside. I think I'll just block any attempted overtakes on that junction from now on. Lesson learnt. Been watching all your vids as well to make sure I don't make an ass of myself. :(
