  • LOL, those political assassins look like they are having a bit of trouble tripping this guy up! I'm sure somewhere down the road they will find some way to twist things around in order to get him.. "you said 10 when it was 11" Ah Hah!

  • Good job, Ted. I wonder if this kid expected a quiestion about the january presentation at the GSA.

  • Yes - much better that he be simultaneously involved in getting specific candidates elected AND selecting who will count the votes and investigate voter fraud and launch spurious investigations against opposing candidates

  • Humm, I think someone should call the CDC. Seems that all these people that work in federal buildings are coming down with amnesia. Is it something in the ventilation system? (lol)

  • The fact that Jennings uses a New Testament analogy ("toiling in the vineyards") to describe Republican electoral activity is telling.

  • God forbid Karl Rove should be involved in anything more controversial than fetching the coffee.

  • The Hatch Act forbids intimidation or bribery of voters and restricted political campaign activities by federal employees. It prohibits using any public funds designated for relief or public works for electoral purposes. It also forbids officials paid with federal funds from using promises of jobs, promotion, financial assistance, contracts, or any other benefit to coerce campaign contributions or political support.

  • Yes. Please.

  • You should put a summary definition of the Hatch Act in the description of the video.

  • Hatch must be cringing at the irony of sitting there seeing his own Hatch Act being used to expose the criminality of the Bush Administration. I would be curious to hear how probing his own questioning is on this matter.
