The amenities here at Headwaters are second to none, Ive designed them to encourage you to get out and explore the beauty of Gods creation around you. Now the clubhouse is simply stunning, but its these outdoor spaces that really make it special.

We feature 6 community parks, each one unique and designed to promote a special activity; from fishing down at Stony Creek Park; to a picnic at the shelter of our Lakeside Park; or hiking on our 1.5 mile Lakeside Trail; or simply taking in a sunset at The Sunset Park. If you have children, they will be enthralled with our Deer Creek Park, with two 2-story tree houses, a 60 foot swinging bridge, trout pond, campsites and picnic areas.

Of course the clubhouse awaits you at the most prominent point on the mountain. Ive placed it where everyone has access to the million dollar view. It lives more like an extension of your house rather than a clubhouse, and inside youll find a gourmet kitchen, large gathering spaces and a private dining room.

Downstairs you can stay in shape in the 24 hr fitness center while you or the young at heart enjoy a game of ping pong, pool, or Foosball in the game room. Next door is a 14 seat state of the art theater with its 10 ft screen and 5.1 surround sound. Cant you imagine yourself enjoying a family movie up here?
