  • I gave away my tv years ago. now I watch youtube, and select downloaded shows, and the occasional dvd. My life did change. Turn the tv off and your eyes will open! It's like rebirth. I love not having a tv because when I overhear my son's tv, it makes me sick, and reminds me how it messes us up.

  • fair enough you put ur tv away, but how persuaded are you, if you tend to believe in things that you watch.

  • Holla! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a google search for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @RawFoodGuy99 no generally cooking food makes nutrients available that would otherwise be indigestible, hence more nutrients not less, I eat raw food but I eat cooked food as well best of both worlds. I would say to eat healthier increase the number of plant species that you consume and different colours i.e not just orange carrots but purple and white etc.

  • avocado is a fruit! Tomato is also.

  • avocado is a fruit!

  • @bigfatcahoonas ,its just common sense that cooking food will only destroy nutrients!

  • @RawFoodGuy99 I don't know it just irritates me, eat raw food don't eat raw food who cares but don't claim it's more nutritious when this is just a lie lots of foods need cooking to obtain full nutrition. I don't usually swear at people on youtube without good reason but I'm glad I did it to end a statement that's wrong, proves I'm a typical youtube dickhead lol.

  • @AnthonyMimming Asparagus, countless legumes, Wild garlic, most brassica's, chards and beets to name but a few all poisonous when eaten raw but highly nutritious when cooked the cooking of food make it easier to digest and often increases nutrition. over cooking can effect nutrition. raw by definition would be unprocessed your talking uncooked. oh and chocolate is roasted my mistake.

  • @bigfatcahoonas No chocolate is not raw, yes blending is the absolute best way of eating vegetables for nutrition apart from eating them raw, they lose a shitload of nutrients during boiling/cooking normally
