lets all get into the power rack and start squatting our asses off!ive done 1100lbs for 6reps on the leg press.guess what?when i focused attention on olympic back and front squats,my legsGREW!if 1100lb leg presses were better,then why on earth did my legs take off with squats to 2 inches below parallel.i didnt get sore from the presses,but damned if i didnt from olympic style squats.SQUAT!,SQUAT!,SQUAT!

theres no way he will be able to push very hard with his chest there its going to be almost all leg effort. putting ur hands on the knees can help the stability so its not a bad idea.

fucks sake dont put proper in the title if your fucking doing it wrong! hands off of knees! clearly u are assisting yourself and this also puts unnecesary pressure on your knees which can cause damage after a while. the handles are there for a reason
