look for local radio transmitter,cb or ham radio,fitting tvi filter to the antenna socket of you tv should cure this,if you have an antenna pre amp fit the filter to the antenna lead BEFORE it goes into the amp,if not fit it to the rear of the tv....an easy fix in most cases....local tv shop should be able to advise.

lol. i grew up with that. on channel 99 on my tv for analog cable i used to get radio interference through the speakers from a ham radio operator.
