  • Hi! I am trying Polyphasic Sleep and recording all my results, and how I'm feeling. I am specifically doing the Dymaxion Sleep Schedule(2hours a day) which is every 6 hours, you sleep for 30minutes. I discuss tips that I have found out from experience that can make the experience way easier to accomplish! Sorry if you call this spam, I thought that if your watching Polyphasic Sleep videos on youtube, you might want to read about my experience as well. I feel great!

  • everyone who has done this seems to have had times were they "blackout". its really weird

  • apparantly if you a miss a nap you jeopardize the whole cycle and you could be tired for days

  • a good tip is to stay awake for three days then when u take ur 22 min nap u willgo into rem sleep from the very first nap.
