@gregoir cool glad your stuffs getting repaired thuaght u buaght the condo and had to fix it ur self lol i buaght an aptment i actually like condos but i cant stand homes i dont want lawns and shit to take care off... id rather pay hoa and shit to have everything trimmed for me.. i buaght an apmnt and been fixing stuff up but its just normal maintance and fixing stuff the previous owner did a shitty job on... but all is well just need to paint some walls.. caulked a sink guna repaint a counter

@True2TheBlueYoViGang Thank's man, we don't have it as bad as this guy does but it still suck's, they fix thing's as they go we just had the roof's fixed and the garage (halfass) drywalled and painted, like I said the money from the (up your ass)ociation fee goes everywhere so we get really cheap maintanance, lol the landscaper's are here enow, having a hall of a time because of all the rain, but they'll dig it up anyway lol , have a great weekend!-Greg

AND the drop ceiling in the basement and bathromm is distorted(all bent)I wish I counld've met my wife before she bought this junk. because what we pay w/ the rediculous mortgage payment and huge ass ociation fee (for rediculous,cheapest you canfind landscaping and maintenance) we could be living in a much nicer home(we tried to sell and won bid's on our dream homes but were heartbroken because we can't sell our's..semi updated but people would rather buy the foreclosed units @ the other end of

wow! I wonder if they're of the idiot's that built my condo?!(Ohio) our's is the last one they built and it came w/ no insulation,leaky roof's n walls & more n more! they built about 7 strip's of 6 condo's, on this street and every single one get's the same problem's,like a chain reaction. ours is the only one though with no insulation,oh yeah its the corner/end unit, so super noisy, ground, house has been settling for the last year or so , so now some of the door's won't close right
