Standing Up For Small Business

Senators Landrieu and Stabenow were joined today by small business advocates to discuss how Democrats are standing up for small businesses and creating jobs. "Small businesses have been hit especially hard by the recession, said Terry Gardiner of the Small Business Majority. Many pieces of legislation passed by this Congress, including comprehensive healthcare reform, tax credits to hire new works and tax incentives for renewable energy businesses, will go a long way in helping small businesses, and the economy, get back on track," said Terry Gardiner, national policy director for Small Business Majority.
