@attonposwalt Haiti would be in big trouble just like every other nation if aid was cut off. If the U.S stops getting help from other nations i.e China and Saudi Arabia stop buying U.S bonds then America would be fucked up!!! Do research! Compared to other nations in the Caribbean and Latin America, Haiti's relationship with their lenders aren't as proviso as others. Excluding China and Russia, Haiti's balance-sheet looks a hell of a lot better compared to most countries in the world.

I'd like to see what would happen to Haiti if all aid was cut off. That country is the geopolitical equivalent of a bum begging on a corner. We should arm the Dominicans and let them sort it out.
