iPad Keynote presentation tutorial

We've heard a few clients say 'I didn't think you could do worky stuff on the iPad?'. Although we're well under way developing for the platform we thought we'd share some 'how to's' using off the shelf products.

* mannekes - As far as we've tested it does look the same, but watch out for fonts, these will not transfer. Stick to Arial etc.

Hi wrex. You can do a play through, its diddly though and needs to be set per slide. Choose your slide, click the little diamond in the top corner, the 'Transitions' button. Choose a transition or leave as none, and click the options tab in the window. You can now set it from 'On Tap' to 'After previous transition' and scroll down a bit to set your time delay. Hope that helps.

Does the video always play automatically? Is there a setting to have it play on demand?

iPhoto on the Mac? - That is a stumbling block as I do not have a Mac.

Is there any other way of putting photos into separate albums on the iPad as currently I am stuck with Camera roll and Photo library (and even then I have no idea how some of them ended up in the Camera Roll album anyway.)

Many thanks for showing me how to add new photo folders and videos but how about adding a soundtrack? Having spent MANY frustrating hours learning (the hard way) how to put a sales presentation together I would love to love to put a video together that encompasses all the amazing power of this software.

Any way of uploading a completed presentation? (without just filming it??)

As a suggestion, film in a dark room to get minimum reflection.
