"The Game" - Short Film

First off, I'm sorry for those of you who lost.

Secondly, I'm sorry that I did not post this sooner!!! I guess It slipped my mind with the havoc of the end of the year... ^.^;

So last month, I finally graduated! Now I'm off for college at the Art Institute for Digital Filmmaking & Video Production! However, being that it's Ai, it's mighty pricey... So I went looking at scholarships. One of the Ai sponsored scholarships required that I make a short movie. I kicked myself for weeks trying to come up with a story and finally came up with this...

So I asked for help from two of my classmates and got assistance from another friend. We set out for the city around 7pm and finished filming around 2am. It drained everyone and we unfortunately had to do a few reshoots, but the filming went smoothly!

Editing on the other hand was beginning to grind me down. During the week of editing, there was SkillsUSA going on that cut into my time. Sadly, I was working towards a nonexistent deadline... As it turned out, I had another WEEK to finish. Sigh...

BUT! It got done! And It looks MARVELOUS!! :D

Hopefully down the road, I'll turn this into an actual movie! Maybe this'll be my college final!

Wow this turned out really good. The first fight seen is a little eh but the last one looks very well done, especially the last punch.

I suggest--on this particular movie--less running and more suspense. And I agree.. The fight scenes were iffy. But, overall, I think it was a very well-made production.
