Leo Altarelli has already entertained people with his music, videos and tales of running marathons on his blog at www.leoaltarellimusic.tumblr.com. With this single release 'Run & Become', he has combined his passions, a track and video inspired by his running exploits, taking inspiration from the late great guru Sri Chinmoy's phrase 'Run & Become'.

Leo has created a catchy, lyrically thought provoking blues. Leo says:

"This is a song I hope everyone can understand and take inspiration from, it is about doing things you are passionate about because they can set you free, especially if you don't put too much pressure on yourself and remember to enjoy!".

'Run and Become' is the first single chosen from forthcoming E.P 'Everyone Says', and like his previous E.P 'Columns of Peace', Leo records and plays all instruments from his home studio.

For the video, Leo teamed up with friend and fellow film maker Theo Godley. The film was created in September in two days. A camera strapped to Theo's car filmed Leo running down miles of Suffolk lanes during day and night whilst he was training for the Round Norfolk Relay.
