Yes, I think to the head. They used the word "
execution style" so I think yes. Awful. He had many weapons and told family/friends he would kill some cops and to watch the news. He was killed this morning in Seattle. I made new vlog..posting now. ;o) SH

Thanks for kind comment ;o) I love to interpret and it is fun to vlog online. Would be neat to have news channel etc... in ASL. I vlog on DVTV which has lots of ASL signers with different topics. Take care ;o) SH

Geez, that's AWFUL! I can't believe the police or the manufacturers of the vests never thought that they would NOT be bullet proof because you can still get hit in the head. That black guy really had a purpose and a great aim at each of them. He must've been a gun hobbyist. May he rot in hell forever.
