McDonalds isn't bad but it isn't good. People need to understand this, eating McDonalds everyday defiantedly isn't good, but it's not going to kill you. A movie called Fat Head is defiantedly education on the whole shananigan on this whole McDonald's blameing idea.

maybe its just me but i used to eat mcdonanlds,burger king, and sometimes pizzahut/kfc/wendys every day for lunch sometimes dinner back in highschool.......... i was never fat or felt like it. I hardly exercised either yet i felt fine. I did that for 3 years straight.
Even now i eat fast food on the weekends after a night of clubbing or partying
